Challenge officially starts January 31st, 2022 (Monday)

Hello fitbee! My name is Jennifer Altman, NESTA Certified Fitness Trainer! Welcome to my newest workout challenge!

For the next 8 weeks we will be working on building our booty's yet also work on our overall physiques!

This challenge is great for beginners or even if you are familiar with some exercises!

Each week we will have a goal of five total workouts that will be repeated for the next 8 weeks.

This is the at-home version of the Booty 2.0 challenge. The equipment I suggest having are the following:

Five through thirty pound range of dumb bells/and or barbells and a bench.
