Hello fitbee and welcome to my newest workout challenge!

For the next 8 weeks we will be working on our summer bodies!

This challenge is great for gym beginners or even if you are familiar with the gym!

Each week we will have a goal of four total workouts that will be repeated for the next 8 weeks with a goal of 120 minutes of cardio per week we can divide throughout the days.

All workouts have been filmed if you need to refer any of the exercises that we will be performing in this challenge.

  • Dumb Bells

  • Cable Machine

  • Kettlebells/ or Barbells
