This program isn’t just about lifting heavy or burning fat — it’s about building a mindset, a routine, and a body that aligns with the CEO version of you. Whether you're working out from your living room with dumbbells or crushing it in the gym, this plan was designed for high-performance humans just like you (and me).
Lately, I’ve been deep in my grind — working a full-time job, building my YouTube channel, and laying the foundation for my fitness app. But one thing I’ve learned? No matter how busy life gets, there’s always time to show up for yourself.
So I wrote up this challenge to help me — and you — build consistency, train smart, and shred fat without burnout. The workouts are structured but simple.
You’ll repeat the same split every week for 8 weeks, and choose from:
3-Day Split for the ultra-busy CEO
5-Day Split for the balance-seeking builder
7-Day Split for the all-in empire mode
You get both home and gym options, because life doesn’t always go as planned — but your goals can still be non-negotiable.
Let’s be real, I’ve done the heavy lifting (literally). I went through my own “bulk and learn” era. I gained strength, confidence, and even a few extra pounds from enjoying more food (lolll balance, right?). Now it’s time to lean out, level up, and see what I’m really capable of — physically, mentally, and professionally.
